This past year has been truly a ‘trying’ time. Moreover, we paraphrase Thomas Paine” to ‘try peoples’ souls.’ The COVID effects have indeed been ‘trying.’
Due to the outbreak of COVID and the subsequent lock-down activities and restrictions, our activities have come down to just marketing our audio program““For a Child is Born to Us…”
Our being mainly situated in the restrictive Silicon Valley area and board members living in the Alameda, Sacramento and Placer County areas have made it virtually impossible to conduct any kind of theatrical activity.
There is still a hope somewhere, and due to the efforts of our compatriot companies, Open Window in Minnesota, and Richmond Catholic in Virginia, there seems to be possibilities afoot. They have managed to do some small things to remain in the eyes of the public.
Let’s hope from their example that we can pick ourselves up and dust ourselves off and get a fresh start.
We at this time are at a loss to be able to do any kind of show at all. We are still trying to find our footing during this COVID “crisis”, and will once things really start to open up. Let’s hope for a miracle!
We will keep you updated on our status.
Your prayers are very welcome.
St. Genesius, patron of actors, pray for us!
Pax Christi Vobiscum,
